Empowering
Performance

Learning and working to be the very best you can be is the surest way for players and coaches to discover success on the field, and everywhere else as well.

MESSAGE FROM MEGAN

“Playing at the highest levels of the sport has proved to me that the difference between winning and losing comes down to two things: Preparation and attitude. And if you don’t have the right attitude, then you’re not really prepared.

This is as true for youth leagues as it is for Division 1, and it’s also every bit as true for everything you do beyond the diamond as well.

Let’s get you prepared.”

The MegRem Story

Great coaches don’t just teach skills. They inspire players to work hard to achieve their personal best.

For MegRem founder Megan Rembielak, coaching began with her father, a former Division 1 baseball coach. He taught Megan the value of practice and determination, which she employed to take her to the very top of her own Division 1 softball career as a 4-year starting shortstop and hitting leader for Appalachian State University.

After college, Megan was inspired to carry forward all that she’s learned to the next generation of players and coaches so that she could help them excel in their performance and empower them to achieve their dreams, both on and off the field.
